Privacy policy

PieceDrop is a small 3D printing business in Chambly. Jonathan is the person in charge of protecting personal information.

For any question, or to see, correct, or delete your information, write to bonjour@piecedrop.ca.

When you reserve or ask a question: your first name, your email, your mobile number if you give it, your message, your file, and the options you picked (quantity, material, color).

We do not ask for an address, a birth date, or a credit card.

To work out your price, print your part, reach you about your order, and honour the 30-day guarantee. Nothing else. We do not sell your information and we do not send you ads.

Your file stays private. PieceDrop does not publish it.

We keep it while we print your part. We remove it 30 days after you receive your part. If we do not print, we remove it 30 days after you send the file.

Order emails and details are kept for the order and the guarantee, then as long as the law requires for bookkeeping.

The site and files are hosted by Cloudflare. Order notices go through Resend. These providers may process data outside Quebec, under their own security commitments.

The site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools.
